At Pal, we celebrate the excellence of each of our individual partners – this September, we have been delighted to visit several of them across Asia, and engage in productive conversations about the vital work that they do. Richard (our Sales Director) and Queenie (our Sales Manager APAC) have been travelling across Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia: read on to find out more about their adventures.
Japan
In Japan, Richard and Queenie were kindly welcomed by DAC Co., Ltd. They are our trusted partner within the HORECA sector – it was wonderful to be able to see each other in person, and we greatly enjoyed our conversations.
Hong Kong
Flying to Hong Kong from Tokyo, Richard and Queenie continued their tour of Asia by meeting with our Hong Kong HORECA partner, H.S. Chan Co., Ltd. They enjoyed not only a very productive meeting, but a delicious lunch afterwards! Queenie also spent more time with their team later in the week, visiting customers and using Pal products.
Later, Richard and Queenie were joined by Lim, our locally based Healthcare Sales Manager, to visit our Medipal partner, Shun On in Hong Kong. Thank you to Shun On for their hospitality, and the great work they continue to do to promote Medipal in the region plus the vital support of the healthcare sector, yet another brilliant meeting.
Singapore
Continuing to Singapore, Richard and Queenie were the guests of our food service distributor in the country, Sia Huat Private Limited. Having enjoyed an informative tour of their showroom with the Executive Director, Ms. Grace Tan, we are delighted to continue working with this leader in the industry after a very successful twenty-year partnership.
Malaysia
Flying on to Malaysia, Lim joined Richard to meet with WeCan Medical in Kuala Lumpur. After a fantastic discussion, lots of exciting plans were made, and we are looking forward to the future of this working relationship.
