Our Commitment

Modern slavery can take many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. At Pal International, we are dedicated to:

  • Maintaining an ethical and transparent approach to business.
  • Encouraging all employees to remain vigilant and report any concerns.
  • Taking prompt and appropriate action in response to potential risks.

Our Operations and Supply Chains

We specialise in infection prevention solutions, including:

  • Surface care cleaning and disinfection products (Food / HORECA / Healthcare)
  • Consumer and patient care cleaning and disinfection products (Food / HORECA / Healthcare)

Our products and materials are sourced from multiple countries, including the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Hong Kong, China, and Indonesia. While we operate solely in the United Kingdom, we conduct thorough risk assessments across our supply chains to identify and mitigate any potential modern slavery risks.

Policies and Due Diligence

Our commitment is guided by a suite of internal policies, including:

  • Ethics Policy – Encourages reporting of any concerns across the business or supply chain.
  • Employee Code of Conduct – Sets clear expectations for employee behaviour and responsibility.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy – Outlines how we manage environmental and social impacts responsibly.

We undertake rigorous due diligence when engaging new suppliers and regularly review existing partnerships. This includes evaluating risks, completing self-assessment questionnaires, establishing long-term relationships with trusted suppliers, and auditing based on geography and risk. Where any risk or incident is identified, we take immediate corrective action.

Leadership Commitment

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement has been formally approved by our Chief Executive Officer, Marcus Green, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to ethical business practices and human rights.
